Lot Description The current plan for the property. There are no mandatory harvests scheduled for the remainder of the plan period which expires December 31, 2034. The next expected harvest would take place around 2045 -2055, which would be after the plan expires. If the new owners would want to withdraw from MFL then there would be a $300 application fee, along with the withdrawal penalty.
